General Commissions:☆ These apply to all commissions.☆ Time estimates are not exact; ideally I would like to deliver art earlier than expectancy. Some variance may occur, the estimate is to grant some wiggle room for completion.☆ All prices are not set in stone, and subject to change based on evaluation of the market and my present skill level.☆ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.☆ If reposting my commission work, please link/credit me.☆ I reserve the right to share and post commissioned work that I create or am working on, to use as examples for commission pricing and portfolio purposes, etc.☆ If you wish for work to be private, please alert me to this ahead of time, as I can respect such a request.☆ Payment for commission will occur at the sketch/halfway point. After this point, a full refund will not be applicable.☆ In such a case where an issue may prevent me from completing a commission, I may still refund the work in part.☆ Payment is accepted ONLY through Paypal invoices, and should be done with USD. I will not accept crypto payment or alternative methods. The only exception of alternative payment is through points via DeviantArt's Commission system.☆ If you have a deadline of any sort, notify me when contacting me about the commission.☆ Please be respectful.
AI related topics::☆ If you do not wish for a commission to be involved with AI datasets (IE as when uploaded to Deviantart), please state so. I generally default to opting out, to be safe, but it never hurts to state this discrepancy☆Entirely at buyer's choice whether to allow utilization of AI tools or not. If elected for, the buyer will also receive any iterations of my work altered with or tested with AI tools throughout the process.☆If allowing for utilization of AI in workflow, this may reduce prices, as it helps speed up the process for me. Circumstances for usage include pose and background assistance, or quality filter for an already near-end product of my own work.☆I do not, nor will I ever, sell or claim exclusively AI generated work as my own or sell a product without a greater majority lean toward artistic merit involved.☆I also will respect character owner's and buyer's view on the topic and will not utilize AI tools if they are not desired.
